I’m excited to share a series of relaxing weekly meditation sessions live online in November via Zoom. The sessions will be recorded and can be accessed on a brand new platform called Lounges.
We’ll utilise pranayama (breathwork) techniques, sound and mudras (hand and finger gestures) and shavasana together to quieten racing minds and find calm before bedtime.
You can choose to drop in each week at your own convenience for £5 or make a commitment to yourself to chill out at least once per week for the whole month for just £18.
