Every Wednesday @ 7pm - 8pm in Letchworth

Join me for a nourishing Yoga class at The Wise Lotus in Letchworth every Wednesday evening. The classes will be filled with different yogic experiences (hatha, yin, vinyasa, kundalini and more), breath-work, meditation and relaxation - and expect the appearance of crystal singing bowls and gongs from time to time, to enhance your meditation and relaxation too. You're welcome to stay for a cup of tea and a catch up after class.
