SOUND & STILLNESS // ONLINE YOGA & GONG BATH WORKSHOP

Join myself and Carly from Zen Flow Yoga for an evening of sound and stillness with the Sunday Sanctuary workshop on Sunday 28th March, 7.15pm - 8.45pm (UK time) £15.

Through this 90 min class you'll experience restorative yoga with a deeply relaxing yoga nidra practice to settle the body into a place of deep rest with Carly.

I will then guide you through a 30 minute gong bath. If you have yet to experience a gong bath they are truly heavenly and healing. To book your spot, click here.

Find out more below...

RESTORATIVE YOGA: a practice of deep relaxation as you hold poses for longer periods of time with the use of props to support your body.

YOGA NIDRA: a form of guided meditation thats draws your attention inwards. You will surf between states of wakefulness + sleep as you fall into blissful rest.

WHAT IS A GONG BATH?

A gong bath or gong meditation is when a person is bathed and passively receives the sound vibrations of the gong. It is a type of sound therapy bringing a deep meditative, relaxed state (hypnogogic) which modifies the brainwave frequencies. The sound can be relaxing, balancing, rejuvenating or even energising depending on the gong that is played in ceremony. Gong baths test your resistance to letting go and surrendering to the present moment.
