WEEKLY YOGA CLASS IN STOTFOLD

Join me for a nourishing yoga class at St Mary's Church Hall in Stotfold every Tuesday evening 7-8PM. These weekly classes will run until the 28th May 2024.

The one hour themed classes are filled with different yogic experiences, breath-work, meditation and relaxation.

• Address: St Mary's Church Hall, 61 Church Road, Stotfold, Hitchin SG5 4NE. The turning is on the big corner of Church Road, where the church hall is a wooden building near the church. The location can be tricky to find so please allow extra time for the first visit.

• Investment: £9 per class (pay as you go).

• Free parking in the church car park.

• Please bring a yoga mat and any props / cushions with you. Chairs can be provided.

• From beginners / mixed ability class.
