It’s been quite a while since I’ve been in touch. What a difference 7 months has made! I hope you are well and life is treating you good.
I’ve been waiting for life to settle slightly ever since having our baby boy Dylan in January - allowing myself time to heal physically and mentally from the pregnancy, birth and beyond. I’m absolutely loving being a mum to Dylan, I have to pinch myself everyday and I feel very lucky (and exhausted).
I also can’t wait to get back to teaching yoga, meditation and hosting sound baths again - I’ve missed it very much. The plan is to start again slowly and take it from there.
With this in mind, I’m excited to share a sound evening with you on Friday 7th October just before the Full Moon at St Mary’s Church Hall in Stotfold, 7.30pm - 8.45pm.
I now have 7 beautiful quartz crystal singing bowls (each bowl and note/frequency relates to one of the seven chakras), as well as my two beloved gongs, Mars and Venus. The instruments will take you on a relaxing journey, whilst you lay back and soak up the vibrations. As usual, they’ll be time to journal and reflect at the end of the session too. It’ll be a £15 investment to secure your place.
I’ve chosen this date because the sun is in the astrological sign of Libra (the ruling planet is Venus) and the full moon is in the sign of Aries (ruling planet is Mars), which go perfectly with my planetary tuned gongs. The 7 singing bowls will open and balance the chakras within the body, hopefully making you feel at peace and relaxed.
I know the 7th October seems quite a while away at the moment, but it'll come around soon enough - I thought it’ll be handy to pop the date in your diary for future reference.
