The third balancing breath work and meditation session will take place on Monday 8th March 7pm-8pm via Zoom // £5

We’ll be exploring further pranayama techniques by controlling our breath to help calm and ease tension in the mind and body. Followed by guided meditations focusing on compassion and to ‘balance the elements’.

This class is suitable for everyone - from complete beginners to advanced yogis and during pregnancy. It can be done whilst sitting in a chair, on the sofa, floor or bed - wherever you’re most comfortable. Loungewear and PJ’s encouraged.
