The class will be filled with different styles of yoga (hatha, vinyasa, yin, kundalini and more), breath-work, meditation and relaxation (expect the appearance of crystal singing bowls, gongs, shamanic drums too).
The class takes place at a Gurdwara; to respect the place where we practice, a head cover must be worn inside the main hall. This can be a bandana, light scarf, beanie hat etc - get creative! :)
